Internal Access Monitoring Program (IAM)

The T’s Internal Access Monitoring (IAM) Program is a “secret shopper” program created to ensure that the MBTA is continually meeting the highest standards of accessible service.

Teams of people, both with and without disabilities, ride buses, trains, and ferries and provide feedback on their experience. Each team works between three and five hours per assignment.

If you’re interested in joining the IAM team, we encourage you to apply. People with disabilities are especially encouraged to apply.
