The MBTA is seeking public comment on proposed changes to our Disparate Impact and Disproportionate Burden (DI/DB) Policy and Public Engagement Plan (PEP). These policies are part of our compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits the MBTA from discriminating on the basis of race, color, or national origin, including limited English proficiency.

This meeting will be a hybrid event, held in-person and via Zoom. You must register first to attend using Zoom. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Accommodations
Chinese and Spanish interpreters, translated materials, and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services will be provided for this meeting. American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be provided via Zoom.
