• Schedule Change

  On March 24, the Middleborough/Lakeville Line will be renamed the Fall River/New Bedford Line with the new Spring/Summer schedule going into effect. Your schedule will have some adjustments.   The MBTA Commuter Rail is expanding. The Fall River/New Bedford Line (formerly Middleborough/Lakeville Line) opens for service Monday, March 24. This line will provide service to Taunton, Freetown, Fall River, and New Bedford.
  -The new Fall River/New Bedford schedule is available now at MBTA.com/cr.
  -The former Middleborough/Lakeville will now become the Lakeville Station, which will be used for Cape Flyer service.
  -The new Middleborough Station will be opening at 52 West Grove Street, Middleborough, MA 02346.
  -All new stations will be a Zone 8 fare ($12.25 one-way).
  -There will be 32 weekday and 26 weekend trips with timed transfers at East Taunton Station.

• Station Issue

  On March 24 Middleborough/Lakeville Station will be renamed Lakeville Station. Regular Commuter Rail service will move to a new Middleborough Station; 52 West Grove Street, Middleborough. Lakeville station will be for seasonal CapeFLYER trains only.
• Station Issue Ongoing

  The Riverside Ave entrance at Campello Station is currently closed. Passengers may continue to use the Plain St entrance.

• Bike Issue Ongoing

  South Station Pedal & Park is closed due to construction. Bicycle racks are currently available on Atlantic Ave adjacent to the South Station main entrance. MBTA.com/projects/south-station-transportation-center-improvements
